hailing from Vizianagaram , 85-year-old P Susheela made her playback singing debut in 1952 with the Tamil film Petra Thai. In her illustrious career, Susheela won 5 national awards for best playback singing female and she was also honoured with the Padma Bhushan by the Indian government in 2008.
